Its been busy this summer with school starting soon and trying to get my kids off their summer sleeping schedule. I’m also in the process of adding more yoga classes to my schedule this fall. With all this excitement and business I need some quick and healthy meals to keep my family satisfied. Here’s my favorite one so far, Greek Yogurt Feta Dip or Dressing. Its rich, thick Greek yogurt mixed with fresh garlic, herbs and flavorful feta. My whole family including my 1 1/2 year was chomping this down last night. I can’t wait to make it again. The salad, Trader Joe’s herbed spring mix (this is a must have) chopped Persian cucumbers and tomatoes. Very easy and tasty. Enjoy!
